The program that follows will appear here On Sunday, the action will begin at 09.00 at Bouka Beach, in front of the Buca Buca Mare. Born in Athens, mother of four children, I finished my studies in Komotini in the Department of Education and Sport Science in 2000, a former champion of swimming with many distinctions. I continue to work on my favorite sport until today ... working as a lifeguard offshore every summer period. After my studies I moved to England where I worked as a personal trainer. During my stay there, I got the QTS title from the British government that gave me the opportunity to teach what I love. Coming back to Greece, I opened with great success two gyms, innovative for their fitness and services ... "the rock gym" highlighting the intensity of the exercise and combining sports such as Olympic weightlifting and functional training my gyms became an institution in our area and become known for the hard but effective workout.
