Teaching also YIN YOGA, pilates, unnata aerial yoga, kids yoga, S.U.P yoga with constant observation and educatιοn on yoga and fitness.
Organize surf & yoga retreats,workshops and trainings in Europe and Asia.
By using all these arts with love and respect my goal is to inspire others to improve wellness.

We inform all participants of Wellness Days that: The bus (for those who have booked) on Saturday 09.09.2017 will depart at 17:30 from Messene Square (opposite the Pharmacy of Mrs. Stavropoulou) to Ancient Messini. The return will take place after the completion of the program, approximately at 23:00. You will receive your invitation at the entrance of the Archaeological Site For your convenience, have a mattress and water with you. The archaeological site prohibits smoking and eating. The program that follows will appear here On Sunday, the action will begin at 09.00 at Bouka Beach, in front of the Buca Buca Mare. Wellness days Saturday 9-9-2017 at 18:00 - 22:30 : YOGA MARATHON at the Stage of Ancient Messina with Benita Wolfe Galvan, Hristinka Georgieva Maslarska, Yiannis Gerou and Sasha Chatzipappa. Sunday 10-9-2017 at 9:00 - 12:00 : Yoga with Spyros Kapetanakis, Fitness on the beach with Lina Ednie and various events at Bukas Messini beach. Admission is free and only by invitation.
